Yes. If a generation cannot finish because of a technical error, every credit it spent returns to your balance automatically. Retrying costs nothing extra.
Yes. The Free plan comes with 100 credits, enough for up to 10 complete product listings. It is a straightforward way to try Selba before moving to a paid plan.
You can cancel any time on the Billing page in your account. Access stays until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are not refunded.
Yes. You can move up a plan whenever you need more credits or more capability. The new plan takes effect immediately.
